How ordering works

1. Choose your product and options

   Pick the paper, size, quantity, finish and turnaround. The price updates as you choose, and it already includes everything except shipping and tax.

2. Send us your artwork

   Upload a print-ready PDF, or download the free template for your size and build your artwork on it. If you'd rather we did it, add our file setup service and we'll prepare or design the artwork for you.

3. Check your proof

   We send you a proof to look over. Nothing is printed until you approve it, so read it carefully. Production time starts from your approval, not from when you ordered.

4. We print it

   Your job goes into production on the turnaround you picked. Business days mean Monday to Friday, not counting holidays.

5. It ships to you

   We ship anywhere in Canada and send you the tracking number. Shipping time is on top of production time.

What can slow an order down

• Waiting on your proof approval. The clock doesn't start until you approve.
• Artwork that doesn't meet the file requirements, which we'll ask you to fix or can fix for you.
• Wrong or incomplete shipping addresses.
