Terms of sale

Print My Stuff is operated by FBT Designs Inc. By placing an order you agree to these terms. We may update them, so please check back.

1. Your artwork

You confirm that you own the rights to everything you send us, or have permission to use it, and that printing it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights. You are responsible for the content of your files.

2. Proof approval

You are responsible for checking and approving your proof before printing. Once you approve it, the file prints as approved. We are not liable for errors in your file, including spelling and grammar, images, bleeds, damaged fonts, overprinting, form fields, files not built to the template, or page order.

3. Colour

We can't guarantee exact colour matching, and we're not responsible for colour shifts when RGB or spot colours are converted to CMYK for printing. Screens and paper don't render colour identically.

4. Turnaround and delivery

Turnaround times are estimates and start when you approve your proof. Shipping time is extra. We're not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather or events outside our control.

5. Payment

Orders are paid in full before production, in Canadian dollars, through Square. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Returns and cancellations

7. Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and of Canada.
