Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your name, email address, and shipping and billing addresses.
• The artwork files you upload.
• Your order history.
• Basic website analytics, which don't identify you personally.

We don't collect or store your credit card number. Payments are handled by Square.

Who we share it with

• Our printing partner, who receives your artwork and shipping address so they can print and ship your order.
• Square, which processes your payment.
• Our website host, which stores the site and your uploaded files.
• Shipping carriers, which receive your delivery address.

We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your artwork so you can reorder without sending it again, and we keep order and payment records for as long as Canadian tax law requires. Ask us and we'll delete artwork you no longer want stored.

Your choices

Email fbtdesigns@proton.me to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll reply within our normal business hours.
